Effective from September 30th, 2003 SCHOTT Instruments GmbH, a subsidiary of the US-based Nova Analytics Group has taken over the business of Schott-Geräte GmbH. SCHOTT Instruments GmbH will continue to conducts the business from the same location in Mainz.

Nova Analytics Corporation is a worldwide supplier and integrator of electrochemistry products. Nova has acquired the Corning Life Science’s electrochemistry product line and also WTW GmbH, Weilheim, Germany, a world leader in electrochemistry measurement.
